Granted one of those was a large party bus (not a small one like we arranged) but still, and they also tacked on excess charges due to it being Denver-Parker vs. just close in metro area.

He responded to my inquiry within one hour, didn’t demand a credit card deposit (how nice to be trusted not to be a flaky customer who might change their mind, which I guess I can’t blame some services for LOL), went out of his way to meet me one day early to pick up a cooler of beer for the next day - even provided the ice for it for no extra charge, and was prompt on both ends of the trip. Clean bus, super professional and polite, and overall a great guy providing a great service.
